The gym needed better equipment.

hospitable, fairly clean place with customer-facing and amazingly attentive staff at the reception desk. easy and perfect location, a super close walk to bull house. based near good restaurants, the south coast and the center of the town.

I asked for a quiet room but ended up with a street-level cacophony, and oh, the breakfast was certainly edible, but definitely nothing worth raving about. Utterly disappointing that after all this, i wasn't even offered a complimentary drink as compensation, i mean, how hard could that be?

The Really good breakfast here was something to rave about! We also relished chilling by the pool, nothing like a dip after a day of beach vibes. The staff made sure our room was stocked with fresh drinking water every day, and checking in early was a real treat.

We booked rooms with a balcony, yet found ourselves in wet ground-level rooms, swarming with mosquitoes. After some fuss, we were switched to lovely second-floor rooms, though one had a choppy AC. Everything still sparkled in the end.

The room was great, but the gym really needed some help.

I honestly have no complaints. the rooms are stylish and well-maintained, plus you get a beautiful view of the sunrise. It's also in a great spot, just a short distance from Lewes Market Tower. 🌅.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. It was just a short walk to the beautiful beach, as well as bars and restaurants. The hotel itself had top-notch facilities, including a large swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of surfing. We also enjoyed the pool table and had a great time playing games. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even helped us move to a better room and gave us a special souvenir on our departure. The daily room cleaning and the availability of amenities like air conditioning and Wi-Fi were impressive.

We found that the bed could be a bit more comfortable, but the staff were quick to provide us with softer pillows, which helped improve our sleep. we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
